The Writer's Inspiration

"Really?" Mira asked, glancing at the cake before looking back at Helaine. "Why are you doing this?"

"Yes really. I'm doing this because I want a relationship. Not some stupid one night stand"

Mira cringed faintly and bowed his head, nodding slightly and going quiet. "I-I'm sorry," he whispered quietly.

"Why are you sorry? You...did say you'd be mine...right?" helaine asked, worried he'd gotten it wrong.

Mira nodded. "I-I did," he replied. "I-I will be yours." He chewed his lip and sighed. "I-I just didn't think you'd want to be with me. I mean..." He grew quiet and sighed, obviously believing that he wasn't worthy of being with Helaine.

"That'd good" Helaine said, wondering what he could give him as a lovers token. "oh right" He went to his coat and came back with a black titanium ring. "Here"

Mira frowned, looking up at him. "Wh-what's this for?" he asked, not making any move to take the ring.

"A lover's token, i saw it in a street stall and thought of you" Helaine said, wondering if he was coming on too strongly.

Mira stared at the ring quietly and after a moment he looked up at Helaine. "You got it for me?" he asked.

"yeah....sorry is it too much?" Helaine asked, worried he'd gone too far.

Mira shook his head, hesitantly taking the ring. "N-no, not at all," he whispered, looking at the ring and smiling faintly. "N-no one's ever done this before. Um, thank you."

"Your welcome" Helaine said with a warm smile.

Mira nodded, slipping it on his finger and looking at it. He smiled faintly before looking up at Helaine. He hesitated before getting up and going over to the man, hugging him and gently pressing a kiss to his lips. "Thank you," he breathed quietly.

Helaine hugged him back, kissing him sweetly.

"S-so, wh-what would you like to do?" Mira asked softly, stepping away from Helaine and watching him quietly.

"Well there is the strawberry shortcake cake" Helaine said, yawning.

Mira looked to the cake and nodded slightly. "Right," he muttered, sitting back down at the table.

"Or we could cuddle" Helaine said with a blush.

Mira paused. "Y-you want to cuddle?" he asked.

"if...that's alright with you.." Helaine said, looking to the side.

"O-of course," Mira replied. "I-I'd love to, to cuddle." He paused. "Do you want to watch a movie or something for it?"

"Sure, let's watch your favourite movie" Helaine said, groping mira's ass.

Mira gasped softly and flushed at the feel of the man's hand on his ass and he nodded slightly. "R-right," he muttered quietly.

Helaine stuck his tongue out at Mira, showing him a playful side of him before helping to put away the food.

Mira flushed faintly and quietly helped put the food away as well. "D-did you want some of the cake now, or, or later?" he asked.
